Election Day is almost here. Won't it be GREAT!Posted Monday, November 3, 2008, at 9:09 AM
MAYBE, we will be able to see yard sale signs again! If it were not for a driver and a navigator, we could have been a danger to the driving community.
SURELY we will stop getting those pre-recorded campaign messages. We have stopped answering the phone and let the recorder listen but our recorder forces us to play the WHOLE message before we can erase it. I now know another feature to insist on when this recorder dies.
HOPEFULLY, these blogs will return to "normalcy" or at least non-political normalcy. Shortly after the Republican convention flurry of political news, I was ready to return to the topics of "yesteryear"
In a way, it helped me breeze through the entries. I would read the initial blog, then move on because the responses were predictable and usually from the same responders, so I usually knew where they would go with the conversation.
Hopefully, election night will show a clear winner and we will not have to re-hash "chads" for several weeks.
