Weed'em & Reap Garden Club THIS COMING SATURDAY! 2-21-09Posted Tuesday, February 17, 2009, at 8:37 AM
Same place, the Hong Kong Restaurant on Madison Street in Shelbyville.
This teaser of warm weather has got to have more of our blood flowing for garden and dirt. Why not come by to check us out. We often have a little something planned, but there is plenty of 'break-out' time to chat with small groups. We usually arrive around 6:30 to chat, eat or don't, no problem. By 7:00 we start whatever program is planned, end up by 7:45 or 8:00 and chat some more until we drift away. Nothing stuffy. I am proud that I FINALLY got a seed tray ready to plant some bok choy. I was also pleased with my fancy tray I got from the store, clear plastic lid and all. But then disappointed when I was trying to sterilize the soil in the microwave. No more clear plastic top. I need to talk to the deli about their pumpkin pie package. Comments Showing comments in chronological order [Show most recent comments first] |

Hey I like the site!!!!
Thanks. It is certainly a work in progress, but it is a start.
Kudos and thanks to whomever set up this site.
Sweeeet!!!
Thanks. They also have a link for garden gleanings that are pulled off the net each day. It is tough to get them on every day, but they are trying.
The intention is to find articles, blogs, news that can be applied to our gardening area, but some things are just interesting and they get added as well.
