Lost dog or drop off? About 2 miles East of Bell Buckle.Posted Thursday, February 19, 2009, at 12:08 PM
Better yet, do you know her? She stayed away for a day and a half but we made friends this morning and now she is camped out at our sliding door.
Our other dogs are reserving judgment and our cats are taking a stay away approach for now. It does not look like the new arrival will chase them, but it would be better if we never have to find out.
If we can not find her human, she is certainly adoptable. Sweet personality, probably less than two years old, red collar but no tags.
She is about 12" tall and 24" long, mostly black, tan markings and a white spot of hair on her right chest. She appears to be very healthy, not starved, so she was just "lost" recently.
From the way she hangs out at the door, we would bet she is used to coming inside, but she understands the word no, and sit, for that matter.
