Garden Gleanings - club meeting, community garden update, gleaningsPosted Tuesday, March 17, 2009, at 12:00 PM
It is almost lunchtime and it is such a beautiful day! One of our dogs is getting her belly tan and it makes me want to join her.
Have you checked the community garden progress off 231 South yet? Here are some new picture and info. http://shelbyville-garden-of-life.com/ The Weed'em & Reap Garden Club is meeting this Saturday at Hong Kong Restaurant. We usually start to eat around 6:30, chat and eat until 7:00 then start a more organized meeting for about an hour. No officers, no big formalities so come as you are. If you just came out of the garden, so much the better! I'll wash my hands, but don't be surprised if I have mud on my knees. Have you checked our gleanings page lately? Two new additions are about ducks in the garden and community gardens. http://www.mybedfordcounty.com/gardengle... Comments Showing comments in chronological order [Show most recent comments first] |
Steve Mills and his wife have one daughter and live on a farm outside of Bell Buckle. They previously owned two coffee/ice cream shops, currently operate an internet sales company and teach classes, but his primary job involves the paper industry worldwide. Hobbies and interests lie in gardening, photography, recorded music and of course, their pets.

If anyone can give to the community garden I urge you to do so. This is an awesome ministry and will help a lot of familys in the area.
