Navy Petty Officer Mike Monsoor: A Hero we all need to read aboutPosted Thursday, April 9, 2009, at 7:27 PM
Petty Officer Monsoor gave his life protecting his fellow Seals when he had the only escape route available to any of them. Here is the official Navy web page honoring him. http://www.navy.mil/moh/Monsoor/ Here too is a video of his service. If you have a tendency like me to tear up at things like this, get ready to break down. http://www.youtube.com/user/SEALBrotherh... Each SEAL in attendance removed his gold Trident from his uniform, and attached it to Petty Officer Monsoor's coffin with a slap embedding the Trident in the wooden coffin. Thus the picture accompanying this blog. Love, cherish and deeply appreciate the sacrifices made by all of our service members. Steve Mills and his wife have one daughter and live on a farm outside of Bell Buckle. They previously owned two coffee/ice cream shops, currently operate an internet sales company and teach classes, but his primary job involves the paper industry worldwide. Hobbies and interests lie in gardening, photography, recorded music and of course, their pets.

Show me your coin when we meet in Heaven and I'll stand you a round of drinks.
(If you'd be willing to drink on a "landlubber".)
