REMEMBER Weed'em & Reap is TOMORROW (Sunday May 17) at the VFWPosted Saturday, May 16, 2009, at 6:48 AM
We are moving our meeting place, day & time to this coming Sunday, 1:00 PM at the VFW on Depot Street. Some plants have already been planted, but we are going to try to get most of the rest planted, rain or shine (but no thunder & lightning).
I need to hand-off some yellow squash and zucchini plants tomorrow. Plus I have some freshly potted catnip. The apple mint might be ready as well. I believe some pepper mint was ordered last meeting so we have two of those plants ready as well. Comments Showing comments in chronological order [Show most recent comments first] |

Thank you to all who showed up on a somewhat chilly afternoon. We are still awaiting some plants from internet sources, but the gardens are taking shape nicely.
The eggplant spread around is call Orient Express, but I just found out that there are no more seeds. Sorry.
