My only concern in this a legalese statement about four lines down "Covered claims that meet the conditions and are not excluded will count as a violation by the seller of our prohibited and infringing items policy." For some reason this sounds like double-speak but if someone understands what "conditions" they are referring to, and what they might be excluded from, I sure would appreciate it. It does sound like legal double speak....
Thanks for your comment. I was afraid I was really losing my ability to understand everyday sentences. I would hope it DOES make sense to a lawyer, but......
