Since I brought up eBay's whacky policy, here is the change.Posted Monday, May 18, 2009, at 6:37 PM
This is the link that will show the New "new" policy. It has more sanity to it. http://www2.ebay.com/aw/core/200905.shtm...
My only concern in this a legalese statement about four lines down "Covered claims that meet the conditions and are not excluded will count as a violation by the seller of our prohibited and infringing items policy."
For some reason this sounds like double-speak but if someone understands what "conditions" they are referring to, and what they might be excluded from, I sure would appreciate it.
