Since I brought up eBay's whacky policy, here is the change.Posted Monday, May 18, 2009, at 6:37 PM
This is the link that will show the New "new" policy. It has more sanity to it. http://www2.ebay.com/aw/core/200905.shtm...
My only concern in this a legalese statement about four lines down "Covered claims that meet the conditions and are not excluded will count as a violation by the seller of our prohibited and infringing items policy." For some reason this sounds like double-speak but if someone understands what "conditions" they are referring to, and what they might be excluded from, I sure would appreciate it. Steve Mills and his wife have one daughter and live on a farm outside of Bell Buckle. They previously owned two coffee/ice cream shops, currently operate an internet sales company and teach classes, but his primary job involves the paper industry worldwide. Hobbies and interests lie in gardening, photography, recorded music and of course, their pets.

Finally, eBay may be about to release old eBay I..D.s that have not been used for a long time.
A post of the rambling kind.
Time for a REAL Spring cleaning?

Thanks for your comment. I was afraid I was really losing my ability to understand everyday sentences. I would hope it DOES make sense to a lawyer, but......
It does sound like legal double speak....
