  • By the way, have I mentioned that Richard has a detailed description of his garden on our web page as well? I can not remember if I posted this and too short on time to browse through the entries.

  • I am so sad that I missed what sounded like a great meeting! But I have it on my calendar for the next meeting and nothings going to stop me this time!

Thank you for holding on to that peppermint, I told my dad he should of gone but he totally forgot.

That garden swap sounds awesome, but why is it I hear about everything once its over! lol 2 days late and a dollar short is the story of my life! Or maybe now I am just a year a head! I plan on attending next year!

See you all in a couple of weeks!

  • I forgot it too Tamera. I should have talked it up here, but was distracted.

  • Don't worry Tamara. I'll probably bring a few more plants of the same variety to the next meeting. I have to make sure Barbara gets her Datura!

By the way, those Basil seeds you gave me...all of them germinated! I have become an overnight commercial basil grower!

  • Datura!

That's the name I could not remember. Thanks for putting it in writing.

  • I really got to attend one of these meetings. Any room for an old old hippy? By the way Steve, my Caruso, and German queen plants are over 6 feet tall now and getting heavy with fruit. God will, its gonna be a good year.

  • I wish you would attend the next meeting. I need directions and advice from you to build the straw bale planter. I want to build one for my mom and I'll be visiting her on the 16th.

The next meeting should be on the 13th, so the timing would be great.

We could pick your brain on a few other planting methods too!

  • Sounds like a plan to me!!

  • Hi Steve, I'm trying to find a sitter so I can come to the next meeting. I sure do miss the fun we have and all of the members. Dale is bed ridden now. Poor guy, sad to see someone get to this stage.

You should see my garden. It is the best I've ever had. Must have been the extra rain. So far no bugs. If your in town give me a call and drop by to see what you can do in a subdivison yard.

  • Jere, We have you missed you and Barbara both.

    Hopefully we'll see you soon!

  • Jere, it is GREAT to hear from you!

Barbara has not been feeling well. I need to check in on her tomorrow.

After a day playing in the garden, I would love to talk about someone else's. I missed that meeting we had at you house last year but I would like to get by.

  • I think Barbara is in the hospital?

(I pray that she,Dale and all our under the weather people get to feeling better.)

Jere,I could sit with Dale while you Red Hat and Weed 'Em and Reap.

I've indulged in visiting with my clubs and hangouts a lot since we got back on our feet at my house.

I could skip a Saturday if it meant you could have some time to relax,be with friends and recharge your batteries.
