Enjoyable License Renewal

All too often we vent our frustrations and problems in dealing with different agencies in our local and State government. I just want to take a quick moment to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to renew my driver's license in Shelbyville today.

Deb insisted I get a new photo this year since I am looking younger all the time. I just wanted to renew by mail and be done with it, since past experiences (when we did not have a local office) were less than desirable. I am glad we went by, it was as friendly and efficient as I could hope.

I also had my license renewed recently. Everyone was very efficient and friendly to me and I appreciated the service with a smile and kind words they had while assisting me.

It's good to hear your favorable comments, as I have to purchase a new license before the end of October. It's been about twelve years since I had a new picture, so I need to do that also. Since we're in a new location, I wasn't sure how it would work. Thanks.

Steve Mills and his wife have one daughter and live on a farm outside of Bell Buckle. They previously owned two coffee/ice cream shops, currently operate an internet sales company and teach classes, but his primary job involves the paper industry worldwide.
