Weed'em & Rap Garden Club meeting this Friday, 16thPosted Wednesday, October 14, 2009, at 4:31 PM
Somehow we missed getting in the paper, so spread the word. We will be at Richard's Cafeteria on Lane Parkway starting about 6:30 and going until 8:00.(closing time)
These folks have been great about giving us a room, so if you can come to enjoy their buffet, I am sure they would appreciate that.
The internet has certainly changed the way I look at gardening news. Just as we are winding down our growing season the folks "down under" are gearing up. I am sure all the other countries south of the equator are doing the same, but I don't know search words for their languages. Of course, I would not understand even if I did get their blogs.
BUT the fall season is still a busy time for outdoor gardeners. Lets talk about what you are doing.
And lets not forget INDOOR gardeners. I keep rooting plants and my wife threatens to make me live with them. Somehow I don't think she is counting those we have inside house. I think she is thinking out in the greenhouse, with the dogs and cats.
