  • I don't have any poking their heads up yet.. weird weather makes them come up early.

  • My daffadil "greens" usually start poking through about now (haven't looked yet this year), but tend to stop for a few weeks and finally finish coming up in late Feb/early March.

  • I know we have a warm (relatively) micro climate facing South and surrounded by rock walls, a house and rock patios, but could wait a few weeks.

Of course it gets my 'green blood' circulating. I notice I have been glancing at the seed packs a little more than I should.

  • Did you ever decide to have a garden meeting or not? I think I'd like to come!

  • We will have a garden meeting. We just have not set the date yet.

Anything big happening on Saturday night January 30th? We may choose to keep Saturdays or move it but have to start somewhere.

    Comments everyone?

  • Jan.30, 2010 would be a great night to get back to gardening.

I'm going to go to the square and check the flower bed our club planted. I have not noticed it when I run in and out of the jewelery store. The blubs in my home beds are coming up, too.

  • Checked the flower bed on the square. No blubs coming up. But a lot of new flowers on the pansy' bed. I'll watch it and let you know how it grows.
