Everyone gets to give a 30 second description of their business or whatever is important to their business that day. The emphasis is building your business and business networking. This coming week will have the professional development segment given by Sylvia Pinson of the Parks & Recreation Center and Nakai Waynick of Celebration Travel (remember that cruise I mentioned?) What does it cost to participate?
It is a non-profit group but there is an annual fee of $50 per business. You can attend a few times to get a feel for it. You can also send someone from your company if you are not able to attend.
They put up with me about four weeks before we FINALLY got the check out of the office and I felt no uneasy pressure from the group.
A breakdown of where that money goes could be directed to the officers. I am afraid I do not know. Maybe someone else can pitch in?
