First Weed'em & Reap garden meeting of 2010 TONIGHT (Feb 5th) at Parkway (old Richard's) Cafeteria

When I posted originally, I did not know the name had changed, but The T-G printed it correctly. Just hope all others know about the change.

Tonight will start our third year and expectations are running high! I the previous post espootoon looks forward to the seed swaps. I will be bringing some houseplants, but the most important thing is that YOU show up.

Friday nights may not be the best night for all, so no matter what time you make it, let us know what your best night is so we can make the best decision. From experience we learned that alternating might get too confusing, so we will choose one and stick with it for a while. Until, or if we find a better one, we will change.

Drift in anytime, but we will try to start around 6:30.

By the way, thanks to all who have not pointed out my typo's. Fat fingers and poor typing I am afraid. (hopefully I corrected most)

Got to go into the sunshine to get some wood split and feed the strays before party time.

For those who see tonight as a rainy, dreary night, coming at the end of a long work week and even longer Friday, I FEEL YOUR PAIN.

But from past experience, when I drag myself out to the meeting, I never regret it. Somehow, for some reason, I come away energized. I am not sure if it is the topic, being in the company of gardeners who have become friends, or both.

We usually close the meeting around 8:00, so you can still have "date night". People come and go as they need to so, don't hesitate to show up early or late.
