Weed'em & Reap has a new meeting place!!

Thanks to Jere Roberts ad Mary Ann Steelman, we have a new meeting place that sounds great! Celebration Way Assisted Living 895 Union St. in Shelbyville has a community room that they are graciously allowing us to use every other Saturday night. Mark that in memory SATURDAY nights starting March 6th. Boy it sounds nice to start saying March.

There are a number of reasons this is exciting. We have some residents there that love gardening like Annie Ruth Luna who was nice enough to share some of her gardening memories with me back in 2007. I am sure that they have a wealth of knowledge to share. Our gain!.

I will announce this several times, but we need to get the word out. We will drift in between 6:00 and 6:30 and should end up around 8:00. Saturday March 6th!

Great to know we have a new place to meet. Maybe by then I can have a few things planted in the garden. I can bring some of my pictures from my garden.

Steve Mills and his wife have one daughter and live on a farm outside of Bell Buckle. They previously owned two coffee/ice cream shops, currently operate an internet sales company and teach classes, but his primary job involves the paper industry worldwide. Hobbies and interests lie in gardening, photography, recorded music and of course, their pets.
