I have been having trouble sleeping for years. I have gone through sleep studies, tried bio-feedback, yoga type exercises before bed, meditation and even medication.
I have to admit that Zolpidem Tartrate works nicely, but I am tired of supporting the pharmaceutical industry and fussing about how poor my insurance is, at least with prescriptions, so this article caught my eye, maybe more than I know. http://edition.cnn.com/2010/TECH/05/13/s...
When I work in the office, I often have two computer screens going so if this light has a cause and effect relationship to my sleeping issues, I need to consider it carefully. I knew I liked reading printed material rather than reading a screen, but I just thought it was a preference and throwback to my youth.
