Out of the garden, well , at least a little bit.Posted Monday, June 21, 2010, at 4:12 PM
What has this to do with the post? Nothing but I will explain
The you would thing a liberal court would be on the side of 'tree huggers' (I say that with some affection folks) and stop some of big business's questionable actions when it comes to the environment. Nope, not this time either. http://www.nytimes.com/2010/06/22/busine... From years past I developed a cynical opinion of the court and just how much "justice" it truly delivers. Slam dunk cases that got watered down to nothing and little blips that awarded millions in damages. Just when I think I have it figured out........ The picture is one that Debbi took last year in our front yard. I wanted to remove the picture I original had in here and I found no way to remove it but to replace it.
