Garden Club meeting on its new night this Friday July 2Posted Tuesday, June 29, 2010, at 9:33 PM
Know what these little gems are? They are smaller than a pencil eraser and are wild at the edge of my garden and lawn.
Since many of us will be coming from work we will skip the "pot luck" and you can bring your own or eat before you come, or starve. Well, we don't want you to starve, but, you get the idea, I hope. While semi-weeding the garden I noticed these tiny, tiny star flowers on the edge and wondered if anyone knows what the real name might be. I know they don't look small in the photos but they are about the size of a pencil eraser, or maybe smaller. Close up, they are fuzzy little darlings. Hope you can see that since I had to cut the size down to fit two pictures. Comments Showing comments in chronological order [Show most recent comments first] |
