Another wave of changes with eBay but these are adjustments

  • The insurance is one enhancement I may take advantage of when shipping overseas. I know I can sign up with independent mail services and get insurance, but I like to support our local Post Office. Through eBay/PayPal the local branch gets credit because of the zip and they process it. I don't know about the other services.

    This could have saved me $140 last month when a package disappeared going to Greece. The first and only time we lost something internationally, but it hurt.
