Another wave of changes with eBay but these are adjustments

Later today eBay will make an announcement about upcoming changes in September, but from what I see (so far), they will not be major policy changes. Instead it will be adjustments to existing programs, and some fine tuning of sellers tools.

I won't go into detail but be sure to check the Announcement board when you get a chance.

The insurance is one enhancement I may take advantage of when shipping overseas. I know I can sign up with independent mail services and get insurance, but I like to support our local Post Office. Through eBay/PayPal the local branch gets credit because of the zip and they process it. I don't know about the other services.

This could have saved me $140 last month when a package disappeared going to Greece. The first and only time we lost something internationally, but it hurt.
