MTBN Special Session: Social Media Networking (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Mark you calendar now folks! I have been to one of these in Tullahoma and came away with great ideas.

Mike Kopp, Senior VP for Public Affairs and Strategy from MMA Creative will be presenting at an expanded Middle Tennessee Business Network session on September 23rd (THURSDAY)8:30 - 10:00 a.m.

Mike will discuss methods and strategy on how to use social media as a business tool.

There will be light refreshments so if you can let them know you are coming, they will be prepared, but don't let that stop you from making a last minute decision if necessary. Bring a friend, or at least an associate.

I think it's Mike Kopp, not Coop. I remember him from years ago when he was Sen. Al Gore's press secretary.

Also, you may want to note my tech column on Wednesday for some information about BarCamp, a big event in October in Nashville that's another great source for information on social networking and new media.

You are 102% correct. Thanks John, I went back and changed it. I was going from a news release and did not double check

I watch Wednesday's paper. I really need to explore the social media MUCH for all of our endeavors.
