YESTERDAY! First Birthday Celebration for Middle Tennessee Business Network (MTBN)Posted Tuesday, October 12, 2010, at 9:44 AM
Some of our members at a recent meeting. As you can see, it can be a family affair as well
The time is from 9:30 to 10:30 Thursday morning. Of course they will have refreshments and many of the members are submitting door prizes. I will too, but not for what you are thinking. Come and see what else I spend my time on beside writing on this blog. Yes, MTBN is a group of local businesses, but you will be surprised who is in business and what they do. There is a lot going on that does not have a big billboard or even a storefront. Sooo, everyone should try to come, visit with your neighbors and maybe find out something new! See you there? Steve Mills and his wife have one daughter and live on a farm outside of Bell Buckle. They previously owned two coffee/ice cream shops, currently operate an internet sales company and teach classes, but his primary job involves the paper industry worldwide. Hobbies and interests lie in gardening, photography, recorded music and of course, their pets.
Hot topics I try to embrace new tech, but Windows 8 is crap to me(0 ~ 3:53 PM, Jun 18)

A few thoughts about the Marketplace Fairness Act
What a beautiful, beautiful morning!
Whew! Light gardening today. The sun, the humidity, enough!

If you missed this event, you had several more opportunities yesterday to network but this particular event was a great one!
For those who wee camera-shy, I got you, but as promised I will not publish any unflattering photos, at least purposely. If I just HAVE TO use the picture I may Photo Shop you out or put another face on you, so "no worries".
Been talking with two fellows in Australia over the past 24 hours, but that was not part of the networking)
Not only were there a lot of people there, but most were mixing quite a bit so I saw few not engaged in conversation and if they weren't, they were shortly after.
Many thanks to Nakai Waynick the other officers of MTBN and Heritage Medical Center for one of the better "coffees" I have seen in a while. Of course, I do not get to them all, so don't take offense if I missed yours.
