I could not help myself, the budget made me do it.Posted Saturday, December 18, 2010, at 9:05 AM
Honestly, I have every intention of working the family budget today but for some reason I keep finding things to do, like sweep the greenhouse and cut YEARS of vines coming from a solid green and golden pothos. http://www.davesgarden.com/guides/pf/sho... . And what about those dried leaves and several feet of trailing begonia? They need attention too.
I surely would not have done it if I had something to do more tasteful but working the budget? Number crunching belongs to the accountants, but not for my Saturday morning. Even now the pieces I saved for re-rooting (can't help myself) are laying by the door, just longing for my attention, or maybe it is the other way a round.
And here I am writing about my plants, while those pesky little slips of paper are at my right elbow. Oh well, sometimes you just gotta bight down and do it.
Oh no, I was planning to add a picture and found files from the newsletter I am writing last night and that really needs to be done before the budget stuff. Doesn't it?
