New site for Weed'em & Reap this coming Friday March 4thPosted Sunday, February 27, 2011, at 8:30 PM
We will be meeting at the New Century Chinese Restaurant 510 Madison Street, in Shelbyville. Come as early as you want to enjoy the buffet and we will start the meeting at 7:00.
Everyone is welcome and if your children want to come, we would love to develop programs for them as well. You don't need to be an expert gardener, and if you are but don't want to speak up, no problem, we have the talkers already available.
Our theme for next meeting will be the different type of gardening being done by folks. The basic types are ornamental, herbal and vegetable but the methods can range from traditional tilled soil to raised beds, container, inside, terrariums, unique pots, water, xeriscape (low water), landscaping, edible landscaping, conventional, organic, sustainable etc.
