That thought ran across my mind this morning after the showers moved through. It was on the cool side and the fresh smell was wonderful.
You may have been thinking of taking a deep breath to calm oneself down after a particular frustration, and that helps too. My favorite internet selling venue has given me enough deep breaths to hyperventilate over the past few years.
But I have found a few deep breaths also help with sleepiness, hiccups, and even muscle main. I am not sure why muscles get tired and this morning while I was breathing in the fresh, after-the-storm air it occurred to me that it might be because the cells could use an extra shot of oxygen. Anyone have experience in this?
