Sometimes, just taking a deep breath can do wonders.

Posted Sunday, June 26, 2011, at 1:05 PM

That thought ran across my mind this morning after the showers moved through. It was on the cool side and the fresh smell was wonderful.

You may have been thinking of taking a deep breath to calm oneself down after a particular frustration, and that helps too. My favorite internet selling venue has given me enough deep breaths to hyperventilate over the past few years.

But I have found a few deep breaths also help with sleepiness, hiccups, and even muscle main. I am not sure why muscles get tired and this morning while I was breathing in the fresh, after-the-storm air it occurred to me that it might be because the cells could use an extra shot of oxygen. Anyone have experience in this?

I have been watching te movie "Marley & Me". Talk about having to take big breaths. I am afraid I will not be watching it to the finish.

airforce one, sorry to hear of these issues at a time when you need stability. I will probably add this as a separate blog, so watch for it.
