A step to head off disputes with customers using PayPalPosted Friday, July 8, 2011, at 9:00 AM
Did you know that there was a page you can fill out that pops up when someone starts to initiate a dispute with PayPal.
It is your last opportunity (in some cases, you may not even know there is a problem) to get the customer to contact you BEFORE actually filing the dispute.
We use it to apologize for something going wrong and giving them several options to contact us to resolve the issue.
Some may use it to re-state store policies abut handling a complaint, but we try to reach out in a personal way to say we want them to be happy with their dealings with us, so please give us a call or send us an e-mail.
We also sign it with our names, not just the name of our business.
To get there open up PayPal page
> Click on Profile Link
> In left column click on "my selling tools"
> scroll down page till you see "Getting paid and managing my risk"
> look for "Customer Service Message" then update
