The Middle Tennessee Plant Swap is next weekend.

Posted Friday, October 7, 2011, at 8:47 AM

Not tomorrow but NEXT weekend a bunch of garden-loving and fun-loving folks will gather at Henry Horton State Park to chat about their gardens and share the many plants they are growing. Even if you don't have plants to swap, I recommend getting out there to mingle with the folks.

Here is a link http://www.midtnplantswap.com/ Many of the folks are on a Facebook page for the swap and from the looks of it, there will be great plants, seeds and bulbs being swapped around.

If you are in Bell Buckle and want to escape the craziness of the Webb Fair weekend, the Plant Swap is a great alternative.

Speaking of the Webb Fair, it is the third weekend of October and if you are like me, you think it would be later in the month BUT October 1st was a Saturday, which makes October 15th the third weekend. Don't get caught a week late!
