I'm not sure how Troy Polamalu is in person but I have always kind of liked the guy even though he was on the wrong team. Certainly a top-notch football player but this video seems to typify the guy I think he is off the field.

They previously owned two coffee/ice cream shops, currently operate an internet sales company and teach classes, but his primary job involves the paper industry worldwide.
