Ooooh, what a delicious, fresh veggie for dinner tonight!

Bok Choy from deep within the Middle Earth garden

I don't think the cold snap tonight will get my Chinese cabbage, but just in case, I preempted the dinner schedule to include some of this great veggie.

The cool days and night of fall have a reputation for sweetening late season veggies like bok choy and the lack of insects and disease make for some pretty specimens.

As soon as I get that cold frame built, I will move some of the youngest plants into the new bed for nurturing late into the fall and maybe winter.
