Bok Choy from deep within the Middle Earth garden
The cool days and night of fall have a reputation for sweetening late season veggies like bok choy and the lack of insects and disease make for some pretty specimens. As soon as I get that cold frame built, I will move some of the youngest plants into the new bed for nurturing late into the fall and maybe winter. Steve Mills and his wife have one daughter and live on a farm outside of Bell Buckle. They previously owned two coffee/ice cream shops, currently operate an internet sales company and teach classes, but his primary job involves the paper industry worldwide. Hobbies and interests lie in gardening, photography, recorded music and of course, their pets.
