Well.....what do you think about Peyton?Posted Monday, March 19, 2012, at 6:16 PM
Personally, I have always liked Peyton and his brother but I am not all that disappointed that the Titans will not be adding him, for a lot of reasons.
If we build a team around Peyton, we saw what can happen when he is gone. He would be coming in with such high expectations, it would put him and the team in a real vulnerable position. I like the Bud's boldness, but....I believe our current quarterbacks have earned our support. There is more, but let's hear from you. Steve Mills and his wife have one daughter and live on a farm outside of Bell Buckle. They previously owned two coffee/ice cream shops, currently operate an internet sales company and teach classes, but his primary job involves the paper industry worldwide. Hobbies and interests lie in gardening, photography, recorded music and of course, their pets.

I can go back to not liking him again.
I don't care where he played in college, this is the NFL and he's been playing for a divisional rival for 13 years. And personally, I thought the Titans were sitting pretty, for once in a long time, at the QB position. I am just glad it's over and it wasn't drawn out longer...
Agreed Espoontoon. I was really concerned about what it would do tyo the team in general.
I am actually disappointed about the Broncos dropping Tebow after he played his heart out last year. I guess no one likes to be proved wrong and Elway won't give him a chance to try.
I can't blame Manning for choosing Denver. He was correct in going for a line that can protect him and good receivers rather than the Titans with an offense built around running back Chris Johnson.
Bo
The Titans had one of the best pass blocking O lines in the league last year. If anything it would have been a huge plus for Peyton to come here.
Go Denver!!!! Hope he makes it to the Super Bowl!
He is a class act along with the rest of his family.
He has more class than the whole Titans team!!
Tebow and now Payton Manning: Denver sure has a lot of excitement going on. Both QBs are class acts, which is sometimes rare in the NFL.
If the defense is built around Chris, then he must have taken his salary increas in gold bullion and is hiding it in his shoes. Something changed with that deal.
Chris was running to get the big money and once he got it he just ran to the
bank with a big smile on his face.
He seems to run timidly now, as if he is afraid to get hurt, in which case he probably does not get all his money. I hope the Titans put some performance strings in there. (I an sure they did, but...)
But, I digress from Peyton..:-)
