Mega dairy farm apparently done right.

I am not a big fan of mega-farming for numerous reasons and when it comes to doing this with animals I REALLY cringe, but if all is as it seems in this video, I am impressed.

I heard of it recently while being in the Northern Indiana area, and when I heard there was a YouTube report, I decided to search it out. Next time up there, I will definitely work it into my schedule for a visit.
