A court is being asked to make eBay & Paypal do WHAT for Ford?Posted Wednesday, May 23, 2012, at 7:59 AM
I was planning a totally different blog this morning until I read my e-mails and saw this coming from eCommerceBytes:
"Ford Motor Co. wants eBay and PayPal to turn over data on 13 users the automaker accuses of selling fake or unlicensed Ford parts on the online auction site, including names, addresses and bank accounts - and won a court order blocking eBay and PayPal from revealing Ford's demand to the users targeted."
Today's courts are crazy enough to allow something like this so....hold on! Names, addresses and BANK ACCOUNTS? AND they don't want the businesses to be told?
Here is the rest http://www.auctionbytes.com/cab/abn/y12/...
