A boiled egg without water and without boiling? Huh?

A camper's dream?

Some interesting developments in the packaging world, but this one really caught my attention. Of course, there were also a multitude of questions, but interesting none-the-less. http://www.industryintel.com/news/read/3... (You don't have to sign up to read the article)

How much does it cost? Buy a dozen or just one?

What if it leaks? Not the egg, the cooking chemicals.

Does the package store the egg before cooking? How long?

What will it break down to and how long will it take? How much energy does it use to cook an egg ( to make the packaging ) in relation to energy used from conventional methods? On the surface it seems like a good commercial product for a few markets. I am curious about the bottom line......
