Quality control in making cupcakes is an important job

My wife was making cupcakes this morning for her 4th of July deliveries tomorrow (no, she is not selling them) and she always gives me the job of quality control inspection. This may explain my waistline.

She always wants me to evaluate how good they are. Of course, anyone who is married knows the answer, but they ARE good so I take my job very seriously. Sometimes eating, oops, testing, two.

Oh, what we guys have to endure. :-)

Yep. My kids "complain" about doing that job as well. Especially tomorrow with the cookies that I'll be baking.
