Here is the story in the T-G http://www.t-g.com/story/1866951.html I am not putting her picture up here for all the legal reason you can imagine but if you do not see a picture, mail me and I will send it to you.
While this sounds like a runaway and you might say why worry, she wants to be gone, consider she is 13. We all know she thinks she has it under control and we all know that this is probably not the case.
I used to work with runaway children and know first-hand the issues that can arise for any child, let alone a young lady. Regardless of why she ran away, she is more likely to be better off found, than not found.
