Early morning or late evening, which is your preference?Posted Friday, August 31, 2012, at 9:01 AM
As I was pushing to get more done this week, I thought of a great promise for politicians. They often make promises they can't keep, so this seemed perfect. Promise a 30 hour day.
I need more time and surely they can help. Then this morning I ran across this interesting article on early birds vs. night owls and it fit right in. http://www.fastcompany.com/3000732/what-... What are your best times of day? If I get up early, I go to bed early, stay up late... you got it, I sleep in, so if I had an extra six hours I could do both! I have discovered that I am more productive in the early morning hours.
I agree - I get much more done in the morning. In addition, my dogs seem to believe that if its daylight, its time to get up, go out and eat! I would feel as though I missed most of the day if I slept late.
Though I suffer often with insomnia, I am more productive in the morning. I've never been able to sleep late, unless ill. Once I catch a glimpse of the sun, then I am up.
Hmmm, I must have needed some sleep the other day. I commented again but do not see it here, so I must have moved on after writing it and never saved it.
If my mind is active late at night, I am up for a long one, but surprisingly, I seem to need a reset of short hours because I feel fine the next day.
