Do Bell Buckle water issues still exist?Posted Monday, November 19, 2012, at 4:39 PM
A reader wrote to me today stating in no uncertain terms that she does not think the Bell Buckle water situation is resolved. Here is her comment:
"I noticed in one of your blogs you mentioned the Bell Buckle water situation that has been going on. I also saw in the latest article that Jenny Hunt had said the new water lines had been put in to solve the problems that had been brought to their attention lately.
The new water lines may have helped some but definetly not most, we still have the price and pressure issue to deal with. I don't think it was a very good call to make a statement like that when you have so many people still facing water issues.
We did bring a lawsuit against the town because they basically refuse to work with the outside customers and I feel like that last statement was just a slap in the face.
Thank you, Brooke" (BTW, Brooke said she wanted me to use her name)
