  • The usual suspects in the MSM, who first proclaimed the meeting wouldn't happen, then criticized Trump for giving legitimacy to NK, are now downplaying the meeting (shocker).

The best I've seen comes from Dennis Rodman. In the video he says cooperation looks imminent and he is very hopeful (paraphrasing).

It's also great how he throws odumbo under the bus.

  • The Dems cant stand it. Blast Trump for giving away so much? War games? If NK messes around with Trump it wont be games.

And Pelosi, Trump elevated NK to the level of the US? In whose mind is NK equal to US?

  • Maybe level in Pelosi's make believe world, but out here in the real world libs are having to come to grips with the fact they aren't going to get to make Trump look bad by having Li'l Kim nuke us.

  • Thanks RV a video is worth a thousand words.Hypocrites.

You have one idiot, Dumpty, calling another idiot,Rodman, for help. This is an embarassment when you have Rodman as your ambassador to NK.He can not throw Obama under a bus because he (Rodman) lives under one.Telling Kim he would stop war games before informing our military or South Korea was a stupid stunt. All Dumpty sees is hotels on the horizon in NK.Kim loved the world seeing him praised and elevated as equal to America along with both flags side by side in the back ground. Now that was what you should call disrespecting the flag.We now have a man in the WH who praises murderous dictators and bashes our allies and our media unless they support or agree with him.

  • I guess dingbat LBR conveniently forgets that Rodman was first an "ambassador" in odumbo's administration.

Rodman was never an "ambassador" of any kind, or had any official ties whatsoever to the Obama Administration.

That blubbering idiot with the MAGA hat is all yours. Trump will probably make him his next Chief of Staff.

-- Posted by RocketValentine on Thu, Jun 14, 2018, at 7:47 PM
  • I guess the dingbattery is contaigous.

Rodman has no "official ties" to the Trump administration either.

He's doing the same thing now he did under obama. Now he just says there's an interested party in the White House who's willing to listen and work toward peace.

He has his "official" goofy red Trump hat, he got an "official" phone call from The White House, and he was a former cast member on The Celebrity Apprentice reality show with Trump.

I'd say he's a shoe-in for a high ranking cabinet appointment in the Trump administration.

  • I really wish I could be shocked and surprised that the left is so upset at the prospect of peace with North Korea. But I cannot. For the same reason that, since childhood, I look both ways before I cross a one way street.

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY MR. PRESIDENT!!!!

  • Hey, Carl, do not read this. It is off topic and I don't want to trigger you.

Congratulations to the dummerats for winning the ball game tonight. But despite their best efforts to permanently eliminate as many Republicans as possible, Steve Scalise appropriately threw out a bum on the first play. A little bit of karma?

    What a stretch...

You worked harder on that than trying to name a democrat platform that isn't based on avoiding adult responsibility and/or getting freebies.

    Still waiting BTW.

    A stretch?

I guess your selective memory has conveniently forgotten about Omarosa Manigault-Newman?

The nut-job that was a cast member on Trump's reality TV show, who he made a part of his White House Administration?

-- Posted by RocketValentine on Fri, Jun 15, 2018, at 5:18 AM
  • Yes a stretch.

Lots of folks wear that hat. Hundreds have gotten calls from the White House.

Your spinning may have made you forget the issue.

"Rodman was never an "ambassador" of any kind, or had any official ties whatsoever to the Obama Administration."

Is Rodman an actual ambassador now?

Does he have official ties to the Trump administration?

That Trump is willing to speak to Rodman and Kim, where obama wasn't, just shows who's the better leader.

To be fair, obama was awfully busy helping muslims raze Libya, Egypt, and other countries, and encouraging welfare bums to riot in Ferguson and Baltimore.

Omrosa didn't just wear the hat. She had an actual job in the White House as part of the Trump Administration.

That's why it's not at all a stretch for Trump to consider Rodman for a cabinet position as well.

-- Posted by RocketValentine on Fri, Jun 15, 2018, at 9:23 AM
  • I am not sure how Rodman became originally involved with NK but he seemed to be one of the few who knew Kim so it would seem reasonable to talk to the man.

-- Posted by stevemills on Fri, Jun 15, 2018, at 12:35 PM
  • Maybe Rodman will take Sarah "Slanders" job,Since she maybe leaving.WH is having a job fair because no one wants to work there. The only credentials are you have to be a conservative and agree with everything Dumpty says.Like he said "Kim's people sit up when he speaks and I want that from my people".We are not his people he works for us.

Another Dumpty statement "I talked to thousands and thousands of parents of sons killed in Korean War and was asked to bring their remains home".Does he even know what year the war was and that those parents would have to be 102-120 years old.Another lie.

Seems Mueller has jailed another big witch from Dumptys campaign.Manafort will trade in his $7,000 suits for an orange one and his gourmet meals for beans. Some witch hunt huh.

    Another pathetic attempt at obfuscation.

But not surprising in the least.

Liberals despise answering direct questions directly because their entire ideology is bereft of logic.

-- Posted by quietmike on Fri, Jun 15, 2018, at 2:36 PM
  • Classy Michelle Wolf did an audience poll on her netflix show, where she asked if people "kinda hope we don't get peace with North Korea because Trump would get credit".

    71% Answered yes

  • I was sadly not surprised and was getting that impression just from the little I read.

Some claim not to hate Trump but there must be a different interpretation of the word because I would call this BLIND HATRED.

I'm not sure I'd put much trust in the accuracy of a call in poll taken from an obscure comedian's Netflix TV show.

But then again, Trump supporters will believe what they want to believe. They always find a way to find "alternative facts".

-- Posted by RocketValentine on Mon, Jun 18, 2018, at 5:14 AM
  • I am afraid I don’t put much trust in ANY poll ever since a college course taken back in the 70’s where I learned how easily they can be contaminated or “guided” to a conclusion.

Impromptu might be better in some ways. People know it is not an official event and may let their guard down. May be similar to the anonymity of many forums like this.

-- Posted by stevemills on Mon, Jun 18, 2018, at 6:38 AM
  • And speaking of supporters I am SURE the opposition thinks I am a Trump supporter so I will refresh everyone’s mind that while I DO support many of the things he accomplishes, I am not a fan of him personally.

Ronald Reagan is probably the one I would have both agreed with his management policies and would have enjoyed meeting. The next “liked” President is Jimmy Carter, but his management was not the greatest.

-- Posted by stevemills on Mon, Jun 18, 2018, at 6:48 AM
  • Pretty funny RV doesn't want to believe polls, with all the butthurt over Hillary getting trounced, after nearly every poll said she was a shoo in.

-- Posted by quietmike on Mon, Jun 18, 2018, at 7:15 AM

Well, she did end up getting around 3 million more votes than the Cheeto-in-Chief. But yeah, you can still never trust polls. The final Gallup poll predicted a Romney victory in 2012.

Still waiting for Rush Limbaugh to move to Costa Rica and Ted Nugent(a.k.a. Uncle Poopy-pants) to be "dead or in jail" as they promised if President Obama won a second term. Just more broken promises from republicans I guess.

-- Posted by RocketValentine on Mon, Jun 18, 2018, at 10:50 AM
  • Well, we would have plenty of room for all of the illegals if even half the loons that promised to move to Canada in '16 actually kept their word. Funny how none of them threatened to move to Mexico. Sounds racist to me.

-- Posted by fair share on Mon, Jun 18, 2018, at 11:13 AM
  • I don't know how many times dingbat liberals have to be reminded that the total number of votes is meaningless.

I guess holding on to that little fantasy let's them believe they weren't really losers, that, and russians, and comey's letter.
