If he is a Federal Citizen, then the any court can rule according to Article II and Article IV court decisions. Three months, three years, three decades - you won't get over her for the rest of your life. I don't know what the stats are but there is a higher death rate in the surviving spouse for at least the first six months.

Sui, the grieving process takes longer than 3 months. There is no set time for it to be over. You just take one day at a time and they gradually get easier to take. But as far as ever being completely done with it, I don't think that happens. With that being said, there does come a time when you are adjusted to the new "normal". Who knows? Maybe in a few months or a few years you will find someone that you click with. It won't be the same;it will just be. I think you can count on us keeping your mind occupied for as long as you want. Good Lord man, The Queen is 92 years old and her husband is 97 years old. Either of them could die any time now. There may have been a reason to plan the funeral in 8 days but was called off when they recovered from whatever it was that made them think some one was going to die.

The plans for the Queen's funeral and her husbands funeral have already been planned althou they may make changes to them every year.

Her husband, Prince Philip, is 97 and stopped making appearances and going to royal events years ago. It was rumored that he died, but he had not at that time.

This could have been one of those times they made changes to the funeral arrangements and that was all the talk was about. They were making the plan "changes" for the funeral in 8 days. Who knows what those Brits do?
