Golly, Steve. I thought New Year's resolutions were supposed to be made on New Year's day. Maybe New Year's eve for the real go-getters. I don't do them myself. Most don't work so why bother or stress over it.

I'm not aware of any local or regional agencies that favor cats. If you plan a trip to Fort Walton Beach, they have a great no kill cat shelter called SOCKS (Saving Our Cats and Kittens Shelter). I try to help them through the year. And every time I'm down there, I stop by and pet the kitties.

If I were to make a New Year's resolution, it might be to be more compassionate when discussing complex issues with liberals. After all, many of them don't even know which bathroom to use. 😂

Okay let me go first. I am going to be a better guy next year. Even better than I am now! That's gonna be hard to do! I am swearing off on all women altogether. I don't want any more women dying around me next year. Oh shucks, isn't there something about not telling people what it is or it won't happen?

  • I might contact SOCKS to get ideas in getting these guys adopted. Thanks.

Sui, I think it is admirable to not want women dying around you. I guess that is a way to deal with the heartbreak.

I gave my wife's dog away last week and now I need her back It's too lonely without her up in my face, but no cats Steve!

My twin sister died right after thanksgiving. She was hanging on for one more Thanksgiving. As they gave her Morphine and decreased her Oxygen, they told me she laid there in bed and Praised God for the whole 2 hours as she laid there dying. How do you compete with that? All this time I just thought she was my twin sister.

I went to the post office the day before Thanksgiving and mailed a couple letters and Silvia told me she was upset because of the work load that day with no one there help her do the work. Boy was she unhappy. She took my mail and my money and as I turned to leave I told her to have a Happy Thanksgiving and then I said "I Love You"! DO you know what that black woman told me? She told me "I Love You Too". When I heard that I didn't feel as silly and felt pretty good about telling her that. I left feeling good about it because for some reason I was suppose to tell her that because she needed to hear it that day, I guess. Of course, I do love the woman because we cut up everyday and just enjoy joking around. Just another day in our lives. So yes, I do have a sense of humor and cut up a lot. The doom and Gloom is for the evil people that Trump is after. They are doomed and I don't mind saying it.

  • Thanks HPP. I believe I am just going to do smaller “thoughts” when I can’t be on the computer.

The cat sand post was from my phone as I thought about it. Most thoughts disappear into the vapor without getting on the blog.

    (Just like this response) 😜
