    Everyone in America should be a "Constitutionalist"!

    Our Supreme Law is the Constitution or Common Law! Also called De Jure Law. However we are accused, tried and prosecuted by Maritime Law. Also call Statutory Law and The Uniform Commercial code. Basically an International Law that is illegal within the 50 Sovereign states, but if you don't object to it they can use it with no questions asked.

    The real problem is with the Act of 1871.

    That freedom ended in 1871 when the original “Constitution for the united states for America” was changed to the “THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”. ... When congress passed the act of 1871 it created a separate corporation known as THE UNITED STATES and corporate government for the District of Columbia.

    This new United States Government Corporation created a new class of Citizens; the United States Citizen!

    These "U.S. Citizens" and "Federal Citizens" are Subject to any codes, rules and regulations that Congress wants to make without any Constitutional limitations or restrictions (Maritime Law).

    Now there is a new class of people (the U.S. Citizen) who became subject to laws "We the People" were never subject to, because these laws never existed before the new class of US Citizens existed. This new class of U.S. Citizens became 14th Amendment Citizens. They are subject to these new laws along with Government Employees and Officers.

    Now we have to look at the 14th Amendment for their Constitutional Rights.

    Section 1.

    All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States;

    (There is no mention of any Constitutional rights for these new U.S. Citizens. Only Civil Rights privileges and immunitites.)

    nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; (This line was added because they had to include something in the 14th Amendment that pertained to "We the People" also. Due Process of Law is Constitutional Common Law.)

    nor to deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. (These new U.S. Citizens who are under its jurisdiction, only have equal protection of the laws. That is Maritime Law, not Constitutional Comon Law.)

    So, back to the Constitutionalist!

    It just all depends on which class of citizen is being tried as to which laws apply to each case. A sovereign American is under Constitutional Common Law which is not a written law. The U.S. Citizen is under equal protection of the Maritime Law.

    The Supreme Court Justices must know which class of citizen they are juducating for. Common Law for a Sovereign or Maritime for the U.S. Citizen.

    Do you see the complications of two classes of Citizens?

    Trump is putting us back under Common Law which will be followed by the rest of the world.

    This would make everyone in the world a Sovereign man or woman and not subject to these Maritime Laws which are no longer Binding.

    Everyone would be able to live their life anyway they wanted to as long as they didn't injure anyone or damage their property and kept their contracts. Police would only be used to arrest people who injured someone or damaged their property and help people who were having trouble or problems. Like today, they won't be able to arrest anyone unless a crime or injury is committed. Most cases will just be people going to a court for compensation. All cases would consist of some kind of tart or it isn't a punishable crime.

    The world is going to be a pleasant place to live. Everyone will finally be equal. No racism against anyone. Foreigners will be happy to go back to their war torn countries when the countries have all the money they need to rebuild their destroyed countries. What a great World it will be as I have to leave it.

    It is going to be a great world to live on so start loving others and watch it all come together after the election and the temper tantrums.

    Trump has already won World War III. The enemy can only throw their players under the bus. And Trump gets to tell them who to throw under the bus. When the pawns are all gone the Battle is over and Life begins all over again.

    Well, it looks like another group of women are stepping forward to keep Amy Barrett of the Supreme bench. Seems like she joined a charismatic group of Christians who abused people in the group. They are looking to keep Amy Barrett from becoming a White Supremacist Court Justice. Another Me Too Movement.

    If the Senate votes for her she is in. Looks like she will be a Supreme Court Justice.

    Their motivation is the same as always. Shirking responsibility and getting free stuff.

    They are terrified that with (now confirmed) justice Barrett they won't be able to legally kill their babies, and will have to accept the consequences of sleeping around.

    The point of having Supreme Court Justices is to keep the legislature from creating unconstitutional law and keep the President from enforcing it. If we had 9 reasonable Justices, the vote should be 9-0. Maybe 8-1 occasionally when one of them has a brain f@rt or the legislation is overly bogged down in lawyer speak.

    But most rulings are 5-4, sometimes 6-3, and rarely more unanimous.

    This clearly shows that some compare the laws to what the Constitution says and others compare the law to what they want the Constitution to say.

    And the libterds can't stand the possibility that we might actually have to live the way our founding fathers envisioned.

  • It is amazing to me how well thought out our founding fathers framed our government. I am sure they never realized how complicated we could make things and how litigious we would eventually become but by keeping it simple they really gave us a firm foundation.

    And that foundation needs to be maintained. The Federal government has its place as do the States And the people.
