Hobbies

I'm thinking that since we all live on a 24 hour a day schedule that we might want to reconsider changing our hours/days once in a while so we can have "spare-time". But until we can make that happen I'm sure we all still have hobbies and I am just interested to know what hobbies people have.

I believe that a hobby can be anything that settles your mind, helps you relax and I really think that we'll be surprised at how different and alike many of us are.

So I ask you to take a few moments and just post a few if not all your hobbies.

My hobbies include a lot of variety in my life and they are in no particular order:

Knitting

Meditating

Yoga

Exercise

Massage Therapy (it is my career but I love it like a hobby)

Meeting new people/meaningless chats while standing in line

Reading

Baking

Visiting historic homes

Studying the paranormal

Live bands and Stand up comedy acts (I think we need more of that in Shelbyville)

Riding my bike

Writing poetry

Dance

PTO/PTA

Volunteering @ various organizations

Getting involved in the community (pretty much anyway I can)

Those are some of my personal hobbies I also enjoy everything my kids get involved with which sometimes is just a bit more than I can handle but I enjoy every bit of watching them finding their hobbies early in life.
