Canada here SHE comes......maybe!

My daughter Katyrina Jesch (age 10) has been accepted to The People to People Student Ambassador program! What an accomplishment, took a lot of hard work on her part and she is ready to make a difference in bringing people together! So June of 2012 she will be boarding the plane for 12 day trip to Canada with about 40 other students to learn, see and experience what some could only still dream of. I can not express how proud I am of her, she has grown so much and so quickly and has proven to be on the right track in helping others.

Well I could go on and on about her and all she has done to make this trip happen, then again who can't go on and on about the great things their kids do!

Now that the hard part of getting accepted to the program is done we are now working on raising the money to go! This has not stopped Katyrina one bit, she has been door knocking asking if there are small jobs she could, asking business to help support her. We have had great responses and so encouraging how everyone in our community has been willing to do what they can. We do thank all that has been able to help already since its not too easy to come by a couple $1000 but everyday we work towards our goal.
