This is really a great program. Just curious why certain areas do not have the same overpopulation that we do?
Rescue Waggin is a great help to Bedford County. Seems education and the way of thinking is much different in northern populations. The south has a bad rep. when it comes to the way many here treat animals. I hope we see a day in the future when the way of thinking here changes and the education to spay and neuter is out there and being taught and practiced.Thank Goodness for Petsmart Charities for taking so many of our unwanted animals!
