NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust (the ''Deed of Trust'') dated February 7, 2007, of record at Trust Deed Book 651, page 357, Register's Office for Bedford County, Tennessee, C. JAMES SUTTON and wife, CAROLYN L.
