NOTICE OF SALE BY SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE Default having been made by failure to comply with the terms and conditions of a certain note dated May 8, 2015, executed by Margaret Walls payable to Midstate Finance Co., Inc., a Tennessee corporation, and a certain deed of trust dated as of May 12, 2015 executed by Margaret Walls , recorded in Trust Deed Book 835, page 601, Register’s Office for Bedford Co., Tennessee; wherein, said Margaret Walls, conveyed her interests in the property described in said deed of trust to Paul Gambill, Trustee to secure the indebtedness therein described, including said note; wherein, Margaret Walls died intestate on April 1, 2019; wherein, the interests of Margaret Walls in such property passed to her Estate and/or her heirs upon her death; wherein, such heirs appear to be her daughter Anna Dodson, her son Douglas Dodson and her grandchildren Shelby and Cody Dodson; wherein, said promissory note having been declared in default and due and payable, as provided in said deed of trust and note, and payment not having been made as demanded; wherein, the undersigned, Chasity Hindman, as set forth in Trust Deed Book 940, page 383 said Register’s Office, having been appointed as Substitute Trustee in the place and stead of Paul Gambill, Trustee under said deed of trust; wherein, notice is hereby given that Chasity Hindman, Substitute Trustee, having been requested so to do by the lawful owner of said indebtedness, will, on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, at 12:00 Noon at the south door of the Courthouse in Bedford County, Tennessee, sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, free from the equity of redemption, homestead and dower and all other exemptions of every kind, all of which are expressly waived in said deed of trust, all of the right, title and interest of the Estate and/or the heirs of Margaret Walls, deceased in and to that certain real estate in Bedford County, Tennessee, as encumbered by said deed of trust and as fully described in Deed Book 256, page 884, said Register’s Office. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This Notice is to inform the public that the Shelbyville Housing Authority in accordance with Section 511 of the “Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act (QHWRA) of 1998” and HUD’s implementing Regulations, will hold a Public Hearing on the Housing Authority’s Public Housing Agency Plan (Five Year Plan) for the Fiscal Year Beginning January 1, 2020– 2024 and revisions to the Admission and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP). The Draft Public Housing Agency Plan may be reviewed by all interested parties on or after August 23, 2019 at the Shelbyville Housing Authority Office. The Office is located at 316 Templeton Street, Shelbyville, Tennessee. All interested parties are requested to make comments and recommendations before the Board of Commissioners adopts the Five-Year Agency Plan and submits to HUD for approval.
