Public Notice The Shelbyville City Council will meet for a Special Called Business Meeting on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 5:30 PM at the Recreation Center Meeting Room B, 220 Tulip Tree Road. Report of the Director of the Division of Local Government Finance We have reviewed the budget submitted to our office by the Bedford County Utility District for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021, and it appears that its budgeted revenues will be sufficient to meet anticipated cash expenditures for the fiscal year. The District is currently subject to the oversight of the Utility Management Review Board due to a deficit net position in previous years. (February 25, 2021)
