NOTICE TO CREDITORS In the Matter of the Barbara Means Dement, Deceased Notice is hereby given that on November 23, of 2020 Letters Testamentary in respect of the estate of Barbara Means Dement, who died 11/5/2020, were issued to the undersigned by the Bedford County Chancery Court of Bedford County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred: (1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or (B) Sixty (60) days from the date the creditor received an actual copy of the notice to creditors, if the creditor received the copy of the notice less than sixty (60) days prior to the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting) as described in (1)(A); or (2) Twelve (12) months from the decedent's date of death. The Shelbyville City Council will meet for a Special Called Business Meeting on Monday, December 7, 2020 at 12:00 PM at the Recreation Center Meeting Room B, 220 Tulip Tree Road. The purpose of the meeting will be to conduct a second-round interview of City Manager Applicant. There will also be City Department Visits beginning at 7:00 AM and continuing throughout the day with a Director’s luncheon being held at the Recreation Center at 11:00 AM. In response to the COVID 19 pandemic the meeting will remain open to the public with limited seating based on recommended spacing and subject to the following health and safety precautions: All persons in attendance must keep a distance of at least six (6) feet from every other attendee, you should not attend the meeting if you have a fever, cough, have travelled outside the United States in the last fifteen (15) days or have been in contact with anyone infected with the coronavirus, COVID 19.
