NOTICE TO CREDITORS In the Matter of the Bert Sloan Cathey, Deceased Notice is hereby given that on September 18 of 2018 Letters Testamentary in respect of the estate of Bert Sloan Cathey, who died 2/2/2018, were issued to the undersigned by the Bedford County Chancery Court of Bedford County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred: (1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or (B) Sixty (60) days from the date the creditor received an actual copy of the notice to creditors, if the creditor received the copy of the notice less than sixty (60) days prior to the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting) as described in (1)(A); or (2) Twelve (12) months from the decedent's date of death. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This Notice is to inform the public that the Shelbyville Housing Authority in accordance with Section 511 of the “Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act (QHWRA) of 1998” and HUD’s implementing Regulations, will hold a Public Hearing on the Housing Authority’s Public Housing Agency Plan (Five Year Plan) for the Fiscal Year Beginning January 1, 2019– 2023 and revisions to the Admission and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP). The Draft Public Housing Agency Plan may be reviewed by all interested parties on or after July 25, 2018 at the Shelbyville Housing Authority Office. The Office is located at 316 Templeton Street, Shelbyville, Tennessee. All interested parties are requested to make comments and recommendations before the Board of Commissioners adopts the Five-Year Agency Plan and submits to HUD for approval.
