  • Duck West (left) and Wartrace Mayor Ron Stacy (right) were happy observers of excavation for a new water line on Red Hill Road. West has been dealing with very poor water quality for an extended time, but found some relief with Stacy. "Ron's a man of his word," West said. He also thanked Rep. Pat Marsh, Sen.
