The Shelby Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, officers prepared and served members a delightful holiday feast recently at the Horse Mountain Church of Christ. Westelle Giles, left, Cynthia Ferrell, Gay Mixon and Vickie Lilly trimmed the Daughters of the American Revolution Christmas Tree at The Fly Arts Center for the 19th Annual Festival of Trees. The Shelby Chapter of DAR is a long-time participant in the evnet. The trees will remain standing in the Fly through Christmas.
The Shelby Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution held a holiday auction, selling items donated by members. Laura Watt served as the auctioneer.
